Rates

The prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes and do not include delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the Products purchased.
All costs will be indicated to the Customer before the order is placed. The Value Added Tax is the one in force on the French territory on the day of the order. However, the delivery costs are offered from 150€ TTC of purchases of products ADEM FRAGRANCES SARL made in one time (after application of discount, rebate or any reduction whatsoever, and excluding delivery charges).

Ordering errors

You can modify your order until you validate the sending of the order on the last page of the order process.

Delivery

Deliveries can be made worldwide. Currently we can not deliver to PO boxes, military or naval addresses. We will deliver the goods according to the delivery option you have chosen. We work with Colissimo for shipping and Myboxman for same day deliveries in major rench cities. Please see our delivery options for more information. The working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders at the same address can be made in one or more deliveries, all for a one-time delivery charge. If you have specified multiple delivery addresses when ordering, each destination address is invoiced separately. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Delivery is not subject to strict deadlines. At the same time as the delivery, we will provide you with the necessary information to enable you to exercise your legal right of cancellation and send your cancellation to the appropriate recipient, or to allow you to return or exchange your product. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

Receipt of the order

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer shall verify the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. Payment

You can use the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon shipment of your order.
