Shipping & Returns
Deliveries can be made worldwide. Currently we can not deliver to PO boxes, military or naval addresses. We will deliver the goods according to the delivery option you have chosen. We work with Colissimo for shipping and Myboxman for same day deliveries in major rench cities. Please see our delivery options for more information. The working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders at the same address can be made in one or more deliveries, all for a one-time delivery charge. If you have specified multiple delivery addresses when ordering, each destination address is invoiced separately. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. Delivery is not subject to strict deadlines. At the same time as the delivery, we will provide you with the necessary information to enable you to exercise your legal right of cancellation and send your cancellation to the appropriate recipient, or to allow you to return or exchange your product. For more information, please refer to the sections on returns and cancellation rights in these terms and conditions.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We will send you an email as soon as possible to inform you that we have received your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you.
Validation of your order takes place when the ordered products are shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number. We cannot accept your order if an ordered item is out of stock, if we have detected a price or product error or if your payment is not authorized. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any order request at any time.
Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer shall verify the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. Any apparent reservation must be notified in handwritten form on the delivery slip presented by the carrier (ie: missing or damaged products, damaged packages) and then confirmed in writing within 15 calendar days after receipt of the Products to the consumer service of ADEM FRAGRANCES SARL at the following address: 8 av Talma, 92500 Rueil Malmaison.
Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim made after the 15 calendar day period will be considered inadmissible and ADEM FRAGRANCES SARL will not be held responsible.
If the Customer wishes to return the product(s), the procedure defined in the article "Exercise of the right of withdrawal" applies. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, ADEM FRAGRANCES SARL may refuse to validate a subsequent order.
Before proceeding with a return we invite you to verify that you meet the following conditions:
- You received your order less than 30 days ago.
- Your product has not been opened and is in its original condition
If you find that one of your products has a defect or has arrived damaged, we invite you to follow the return process by contacting email@example.com and mentioning the reason for the return in order to receive a new copy of the product or a refund.
To make a return, we invite you to follow the following process:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Indicate on the header your order number, your contact information and then the name of each item returned as well as the quantity and the reason for your return.
3. Prepare your package, making sure to place this form inside.
Please note that packages without the return form may take longer to process.
4. Then stick on your package the return label that the return service will provide you.
5. Go to the post office to drop off your package.
If in doubt, contact our customer service department so that they can assist you in the return process.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Once your refund is made, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account or your Paypal account within a few days, depending on your banking institution.
